Disney World Day 8--Home

Facebook/Instagram post: "Home, sweet home! Fresh, dry, cool air and good water. Kids are unpacked, picking raspberries in the backyard, and ready to see and talk with their friends. Got a start on the mountains of laundry. Next up for the adults—a nap! It was fun to share our trip with our fellow Disney-loving friends. Thanks for enjoying it with us!"

Travel day was a little brutal, with the early morning wake-up, but it was still worth getting every minute of fun in the night before. The kids were surprisingly awake, considering it was 3:30pm. They wanted to get photos with the Cars characters we hadn't gotten photos of yet, so we did that on our way out of our hotel. We watched the sun rise from the Orlando airport before we boarded our plane and endured the long flight with a short lay-over in Seattle. Stepping off the plane and breathing in the Oregon non-humid air sure was refreshing! We made so many memories on this trip. So thankful we had the opportunity to do this with our family.
