Disney World Day 7--Magic Kingdom

Magic Kingdom again—We thoroughly enjoyed our last day. We took a Minnie Van to the park to get there early and were able to get a bunch of rides in within the first couple hours--Mine Train, Splash Mountain, Thunder Mountain, and Space Mountain. It was a hot, but not as humid, day, which was nice. It was only 96 degrees, but it felt like 96, not 112! We had lunch at Peco Bill's and got our Dole Pineapple Whip for our Tiki Room visit. A little pool time, a little rest, and it was back to the park for the evening. We all decided it was just the right amount of time to be at Disney World—long enough to do pretty much all we wanted to do. We also all agreed that it was time to go home. We chose the fun option that night, rather than the wise option, and stayed until park close. The kids were in silly, happy moods all evening. They were waving at people on the People Mover and just having fun with each other. We finished things off right with a yummy dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern, the Hall of Presidents, one last Thunder Mt run, some fireworks, and one last Splash Mountain ride. By the time we turned out the lights to go to sleep, we had just 3 1/2 hours before we had to wake up again. All worth it!
