Day 2–Salt Lake City
Lots of car time with some driver rotations, the best rest stop yet at the Traveler’s Oasis in Eden, ID, and yummy Mexican food worth the 45 minute wait at The Red Iguana. We walked around downtown SLC and visited the Capital and Tabernacle Square, which is under construction/renovation. We made one last stop at Swig, a soda shop we were told to visit, before heading back to our hotel. We all got different flavor combos, and all were delicious! We highly recommend the Riptide (Sprite, cranberry, raspberry puree, and fresh lime). Now on to Zion!
