This spring was nutty! Our schedule was filled to overflowing with kids' events, sports, and activities, and we were so thankful, even if it was a little stressful at times. Kari's senior events kept her busy in May and June, especially.
Grant got to go to youth group for the first time. He's waited so long, and it's finally his turn! Joel and Aubrey both had band concerts, and Joel and Kari both had the National Honor Society induction/awards. Kari had the Evening of Excellence awards night and the senior banquet, too. It was fun for me to be at school for the awards/recognition assembly. Both Kari and Joel were recognized for success in tennis. Another fun day at school was "anything but a backpack day." It was hilarious to see what students brought to carry around all day.
