The money Kari made from the garage sale tipped her over the amount she needed to finally pay for the pajamas she's been saving toward for her and Kit.
The amount of money American Girl charges for their clothes is absolutely RIDICULOUS, but Kari worked and saved for months (birthday, allowance, extra chores, washing G&G's cars...), and it's what she wanted to spend her money on, so we let her.
She is quite pleased with her purchase, and I am quite pleased that I ordered it a couple weeks ago when they were offering free shipping. :)

Way to set goals and achieve them, Kari. You were patient and worked hard for those cute PJ's. Nice to know Tostie's poop nickels were put to good use.
