We said good-bye to the little pool this weekend (it served us well these past 4 summers, but it is now time for it to retire) and put away all the summer toys. Greg and the big kids worked outside this weekend, organizing the shed and preparing for the next season. I love fall and all that comes with it--crisp cool weather, pumpkins, apples, changing leaves, soup, and cozy evenings at home.
It's difficult to get photos of Joel smiling and not giving me his "cheeeese" face. I love this one of him and Kari. They were having fun yesterday. Never mind the fact that I had to talk about
"toots" to get him to smile and laugh. Little kid humor, you know.
Aubrey's feeling better--still working on those teeth. She started saying "da-da" this weekend, not in reference to her father, but that's ok. It's a start, and it's really cute to hear her little voice.
This one made me laugh, particularly his facial expression. Joel's run is great. He really gets his arms pumping. :)
