Monday morning we (the kids, Mom, and I) drove down to Eugene to visit Kari and Joel's great-great grandparents, and we got to see their Great-Grandma Rose, too. Kari thought it was funny that she and her great-great grandma had the same name (Carrie--spelled diferent, but sounds the same). Grandma made us a delicious lunch, and then we headed home in the afternoon. It was a short visit, but it was good to see them.
