Grant was mixing up sugar cookie dough this morning for us, and I caught him doing this. “How much salt does the recipe call for?” “1/4” “One quarter what?” [Goes over to check the directions] “Oh, 1/4 tsp!” Phew! It would have been very disappointing to bite into those cookies after all that work.
