We had no 4th of July plans, as the Wilsons have been in England the last two summers over the 4th, so we made plans to have a pool party at Mom and Dad's. We barbequed, swam, and did fireworks in their backyard. One of the fireworks went awry and lit a bush on fire. The guys were ready with buckets of water and the hose, and thankfully, were able to get it out quickly. It was exciting, for sure, though! We learned that their backyard can handle 45-50 people, as we were up to about 50 by the end of the evening. :-)
