Third outdoor water polo tournament for Grant since January. He absolutely loves this sport, and I love watching him play, especially when it’s inside. Don’t let that blue sky deceive you. It was fleeting, and then we needed umbrellas. I thought this was an indoor sport in Oregon! Never imagined they’d play outside in 30-40 degree temps! It was so cold! Grant didn’t seem to mind. (The water is heated, somewhere in the 79-82 range.) But he dashed to/from the pool so quickly, I never got a close up photo. He is 12 and playing up in the 14U bracket and does a great job holding his own against those big kids.
