Almost all of our vacations/summer events happened in the same 10 days in July. We didn't plan it that way. It just happened. First we had the church campout Saturday through Monday. Then we left for the beach with the Arnolds Wednesday for a couple days. We had to leave the beach Friday morning in order to get home, swap out clothes, and get back on the road to make it to Sisters for Ashlynn's rehearsal dinner that night. So, our beach time was cut short this year (and Kari wasn't able to go, as she left Tuesday for wedding festivities as part of the bridal party). We crammed in the important stuff, though--Tillamook Creamery, beach time, reading, naps, pizza, onion rings, taffy, Flamingo Jim's, Crepe Neptune, and Cannon Beach shopping.
