Three months after his double lung transplant surgery in San Francisco, Dad and Mom were able to come home. Many people helped with the homecoming celebration--a full fridge and freezer, a clean house, a beautified yard, and a signed welcome home poster.
Kari, Joel, and I joined Eric and Leah to help them unload and settle in. Grant had come home from Mexico the night before, so I had him stay home, just in case he had some travel germs with him. Good thing I did, as he woke up with a cold the next day.
Mom and Dad are very happy to home once again!
