We weren't sure it was going to happen, but the kids got to have a tennis season! It was short, but they crammed a lot into the 5 weeks. Kari's team ended up quarantined for two weeks due to a girl on the team testing positive for Covid, but they added a week at the end and rescheduled some of the matches. It was a good season, and we were glad we were able to watch the kids play. We started out with 2 spectator tickets and ended up getting 4 per match. Kari played doubles with a senior named Claire for most of the season and got to play doubles with Kylee a couple times, too. They played some tough teams this year, which made for some tough losses, but it was great to get back to playing and watching sports!
