Drive by egg hunt

Our church put together a drive-by egg hunt this year in place of the kids' egg hunt we usually have at the Pate's. People decorated a poster or paper egg and hung it somewhere for people to see from the street. It started with a trip to Silk Espresso for coffee and smoothies. Greg took the kids on the first route in the morning, and I stayed behind to say hi to people who drove by. The kids had such a good time, they decided they wanted to do the 2nd route in the afternoon, so I drove them around for round two. It was a lot of time in the car, but the kids hadn't gotten out much for the last month, so they didn't mind.
